This is a needlepoint picture I made of a painting by Paul Cezanne. It was from a kit, and I made this years ago. Karl took the photo for me this year. You can see I have taken good care of it. A few years ago, I bought another needlepoint kit, and I remembered how to do this art by looking at an unfinished piece by my grandmother, Grace Brandt, who died a year before I was born.
This painting by Paul Cezanne is called “Still Life with a Ginger Jar and Eggplants” (1893 – 94). It is courtesy of Dover Publications, from the book 120 Great Impressionist Paintings.
